Effective February 1st, 2024, our benefit plan introduced plan changes and enhancements such as resetting of the lifetime maximum for prescription drugs, upgrading the dental fee guide, increasing coverage for hearing aids, among others.
The Ellement App will be undergoing maintenance on February 11th, 2024, from 12 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Eastern Time). During this period, users cannot submit drug claims using the app.
