The maintenance window for our pharmacy network and eClaims provider, TELUS, scheduled for Sunday, July 21^st, 2024, from 3 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern Time, has been cancelled.

Effective February 1^st, 2024, our benefit plan introduced plan changes and enhancements such as resetting of the lifetime maximum for prescription drugs, upgrading the dental fee guide, increasing coverage for hearing aids, among others.

The Ellement App will be undergoing maintenance on February 11^th, 2024, from 12 a.m. to 12 p.m. (Eastern Time). During this period, users cannot submit drug claims using the app.

We are pleased to announce that effective November 1^st, 2023, your health and dental claims will be adjudicated by Ellement Consulting Group (“Ellement”).
